  • Prepare and file pleadings, discovery, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare timely reports regarding case status and ongoing activities, providing regular updates to clients and senior attorneys.
  • Prioritize workloads based on deadlines, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, senior attorneys, and paralegals, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Meet billing requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices.
  • Complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

**Required Skills**

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and office staff in a professional manner.
  • Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks as necessary, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of ProLaw a plus.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Member in Good Standing of the New York bar.
  • Admission to the federal District Courts a plus.
