Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Reconomy, a leader in the recycling industry. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing complex recycling projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to implement sustainable recycling solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of the Operating Model Project in the Americas, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and ensure that the underlaying organisation development aligns to the Global Operating Model vision.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication and collaboration between business units.
  • Identify and manage program risks and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor program budget and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure user adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Track program progress, measure success against established KPIs, and report findings to senior management.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree qualification, and strong focus on organization design and change.
  • Affinity or experience of work in the Human Resources space.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to drive projects to completion.
  • The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.
  • You will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
  • Minimum 4 years of Experience as a Program Manager or similar managerial position.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.
  • Broad knowledge of finance processes and improvement options available.
  • Explaining complex material in a simpler manner and vice versa.
  • Presenting skills: public speaking & within your own team (roadmap).
  • Experience across complex multi-project programs.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
