Member Services Representative Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage all front desk activities, including checking members into the system, handling new member sign-ups, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
  • Tour Guide: Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting the benefits and features of our Judgement Free Zone.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer software and systems.
  • Fitness Passion: A genuine passion for fitness and health, with a desire to support others in achieving their wellness goals.
  • Positive Attitude: An upbeat and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively with others.
Work Environment:

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with members, and managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
