Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting in Worcester, MA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in preschool to high school settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to students with varying communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Massachusetts license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
