GENERAL OVERVIEW

  • Deliver outpatient behavioral health therapy to clients.
  • Collaborate with clinical personnel and community partners for integrated service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently provide clinical therapy to clients.
  • Engage with care team members.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
  • Administer psychotherapy to individuals with behavioral health challenges.
  • Offer clinical consultation and educational programs.
  • Participate in training and development sessions.
  • Document clinical services in accordance with established standards.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain an active Iowa Social Work License.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Social Work.

  • Experience in crisis intervention and therapeutic practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Clinical experience working with adult populations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of post-Master's experience in mental health.
  • Licensed independent social worker status.
  • Experience in crisis management.
  • Experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders.
