We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Sovah Health. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.
About the Role
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitoring and managing patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
- A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- Experience in clinical area preferred
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
