Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Analyst to join our team at Veolia North America. As a key member of our SourceOne management team, you will provide energy consulting support and maintain excellent working relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide energy consulting support to customers, including gathering and consolidating data from various sources.
  • Manage utility information for multiple customers on a daily and monthly basis, validating and verifying customer costs and utilization using rate engines.
  • Field inquiry requests and manage problem resolution for customer utility-billing issues.
  • Coordinate and assist with new customer account creation, developing customized reports to support specific customer needs.
  • Research and identify procedures for authorizations of access to customer's utility information, providing follow-up with utility representatives and commodity suppliers as needed.
  • Support administrative needs of the business, including accounting, reporting, sales process, data entry, back-up phone support, and general administration.
  • Support project management requests as required by the upper management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Some energy, utility, or related experience is preferred.
