Position Overview:

The Educational Enrollment Specialist at Renaissance Career Institute is essential in attracting and enrolling students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting designated enrollment and start objectives
  • Providing comprehensive and accurate information regarding academic programs
  • Clarifying institutional procedures, policies, tuition, and financial aid options
  • Conducting campus tours and reaching out to prospective students
  • Ensuring prospective students are well-informed about the enrollment process

Core Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass enrollment goals
  • Effectively communicate program specifics
  • Adhere to institutional policies and procedures
  • Ethically inform students about financial aid opportunities
  • Conduct campus tours and engage with prospective students
  • Facilitate student enrollment to meet target start rates
  • Execute necessary follow-up actions
  • Participate in regular meetings with supervisors
  • Carry out other assigned tasks as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative paperwork
  • Input student data into the system
  • Coordinate financial aid appointments
  • Complete enrollment procedures
  • Issue student identification cards
  • Be available for weekends and holidays if required

Educational Background:

An Associate degree is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous experience in educational recruitment is beneficial.
