Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer - Per Diem - Days

ProMedica Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing cardiac imaging and other non-invasive cardiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac sonographic imaging and other necessary functions to complete procedures
  • Participate in 'on call' rotation for echoes and TEEs after hours
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other technologists, students, and hospital staff
  • Document patient information and test results in the Electronic Medical Record

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in cardiovascular technology with a focus in cardiac imaging
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or registry eligible through ARDMS or CCI
  • Must maintain BLS certification

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to move about department and between workstations
  • Must be able to frequently move, lift and/or carry medium weight objects
