Cardiac Sonographer Specialist

ProMedica Health System is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at ProMedica Memorial Hospital in Fremont, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac imaging and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac sonographic imaging and other non-invasive cardiology procedures
  • Interact with providers to complete procedures
  • Perform cardiac stress testing and apply Holter/event monitors
  • Participate in 'on call' rotation for echoes and TEEs
  • Document patient information in Electronic Medical Record

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in cardiovascular technology or 2 years' experience in echocardiology
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or registry eligible through ARDMS or CCI
  • BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in cardiovascular technology with a focus in cardiac imaging
  • 2 years' experience in cardiac sonography

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to move about department and between workstations
  • Must be able to frequently move, lift and/or carry medium weight objects and materials
