  • Unit Sales and Rentals: Assist customers in determining the best size unit for their needs, complete all paperwork correctly, and ensure a seamless rental process.
  • Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular walk-throughs and lock checks, post payments, and track past due accounts.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in monthly marketing efforts, including calls, visits, emails, and social media postings, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Merchandise and Cleaning: Maintain merchandise for customer purchase, clean vacant units to rentable condition, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the facility.
  • Auctions and Lien Law: Prepare auction units according to procedure and lien law as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
  • Background Check and Drug Screen: A successful background check and drug screen are mandatory.
  • Attitude and Aptitude Testing: Candidates must pass attitude and aptitude testing.
  • Physical Demands: The Relief Manager must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
