Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Advisory Services team at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing frameworks and methodologies for compliance, supervisory, operational, and regulatory risk-management programs. You will review clients' policies, procedures, processes, and controls against leading practice and industry frameworks, identify gaps in design and execution, and communicate issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and methodologies for clients in the capital markets industry.
- Conduct reviews of clients' policies, procedures, processes, and controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and engagement leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management solutions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance and/or risk management function, preferably in the capital markets industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
- Proficiency in project management and risk assessment.
