Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the outpatient setting, utilizing your knowledge and skills to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to Nurse Clinician I and II staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in nursing practice and incorporate evidence-based research into your daily work.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of experience in cardiology and a current certification in a relevant specialty area.
