Mental Health Therapist

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide trauma-informed care to youth and families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed approaches.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with youth, families, and other treatment team members.
- Collaborate with community providers and social services to ensure a smooth transition for youth and families.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, providing clinical insights and recommendations.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and trauma-informed care.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure in a related clinical field (LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, LP, or LMFT).
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience working in the human services field.
