Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse at The Meadows of Leipsic, you will be responsible for creating personalized care plans, advocating for our residents, and maintaining meticulous records. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Create warm, friendly environments for our residents
  • Advocate for our residents at every stage of care
  • Develop personalized care plans based on observation and expertise
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
  • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Be experienced in all aspects of nursing and healthcare
