Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize sales order entry systems, websites, and knowledge bases to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to established service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years of related customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and Infor XA ERP Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
