Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Right at Home. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our team to achieve their professional goals and contribute to our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate overall communication in the office, ensuring seamless interactions with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the coordination of client intake, processing incoming mail, and responding to routine correspondence.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, files, and other records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Play a key role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of individuals in our community by ensuring the office is profitable, compliant, and valuable to the local community.
  • Develop and implement the annual budget, team recruitment and retention plans, and oversee client and employee satisfaction.
  • Guide the sales and marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the office as required, leading and directing the caregiver recruiting/on-boarding process.
  • Process employment applications, assist with employment activities, and maintain accurate records in ClearCare and hard copy formats.
  • Enter, maintain, and correct client, employee records, and payroll, billing, and related accounting data into computer and backup systems.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Available for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
  • One or more years of work experience in home care, home health, hospice, or hands-on care field.
  • Previous experience in staffing or scheduling.
  • Previous experience in case management, including correspondence with patients, their families, and support staff.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive professional, business image.
