Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions while building strong relationships with our customers. Your expertise will help us simplify lives and unlock the full potential of our customers' smart homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain TV and Smart Home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments
Requirements
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder, lift over 70 lbs, and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Travel may be required
