Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Cable Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes daily, building value by simplifying lives and consulting homeowners on their smart home possibilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers
  • Representing DISH in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Working with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Installing and configuring DISH equipment and services
Requirements and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers
  • Ability to stand on high ladders for long periods, lift over 70 lbs, and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Willingness to travel as required
