Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management
- Manage chronic and acute conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty
- Current licensure in the state of Indiana
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital
