Physician Leader Opportunity for Primary Care and Behavioral Health

We are seeking an experienced Physician Leader to join our team at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Physicians. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and respected physician to lead our highly skilled and respected provider team in Muncie, Indiana.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and excellence in primary care and behavioral health services.
- Collaborate with system stakeholders and administrative partners to improve operations, workforce development, and quality and professionalism issues.
- Work closely with the non-physician Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework to implement and improve operations.
- Partner with the Indiana University School of Medicine to create an environment that is compatible with and supportive of the teaching and research missions.
- Mid-career physician with 5+ years of experience.
- Board Certified with Fellowship required.
- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
