Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Commonwealth Hotels. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a clean and well-stocked breakfast area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down the breakfast buffet each morning, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well stocked.
  • Carry coffee pots and beverages throughout the room, refill guests' cups and glasses as needed, and remove used dishes and utensils.
  • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Experience working in food service is preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
