Overview

This is a high-volume recruiter position that offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid role and potentially transition into a permanent staff position. The role requires excellent organizational skills, diligence, and follow-up. Key responsibilities include screening candidates to ensure they meet job requirements, presenting job opportunities, and guiding candidates through the offer process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining thorough documentation in an online applicant tracking system and actively sourcing for passive candidates. Building relationships with hiring managers and serving as a valued strategic partner to the business owner is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone screens and assess candidate viability
  • Develop creative tactics to attract qualified candidates
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Boolean searches
  • Manage the full-cycle candidate experience from screening to hire
  • Be available to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, based on the time zone of the work assignment

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
  • Recruitment sourcing experience, including use of platforms like Indeed, Grass Roots, and Local
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably ICIMS

Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour
