  • Dispose of waste from all designated locations efficiently.
  • Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap to ensure availability.
  • Prepare beds in patient discharge and on-call rooms according to specified cleaning procedures.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in optimal condition and communicate any issues or suggestions to the supervisor.
  • Assist in moving furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Physical Requirements:
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must meet the following physical demands:

  • Ability to perform various cleaning tasks, including mopping, bending, and operating cleaning machinery.
  • Compliance with the Department of Labor's Heavy Duty Standard.
  • Capability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment for extended periods.

  • Regular exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and various cleaning agents.
