We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our We Proudly Serve Starbucks department at Homemakers Furniture. As a Senior Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized service.
  • You will prepare a variety of coffee drinks using our standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area, coffee machines, and storage areas.
  • You will operate a cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • You will contribute to the success of our team by providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve processes and productivity.

About You:

  • You have prior experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
  • You are able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can maintain accuracy in your work.
  • You are physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move quickly around the cafe area.
