Key Responsibilities:

The primary function of this role is to manage order entries, coordinate work schedules, oversee production, mentor team members, and handle inventory management tasks.

  • At the beginning of each shift, review the work schedule, ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available, adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols, and prepare for the day's responsibilities.
  • Receive deliveries, organize stock, and ensure products are readily available on the sales floor.
  • Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves and managing backstock effectively.
  • Process recyclable materials by breaking down cardboard and preparing it for disposal.
Qualifications:
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate company policies and safety regulations effectively.
  • Must meet physical and ergonomic requirements for the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Adherence to company performance standards, including regular attendance, is essential.
  • Willingness to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements:
  • Shift duration: Typically 8 hours or more, depending on operational needs.
  • Job involves continuous physical activity.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Work involves standing (55%), walking (45%), and minimal sitting (0%).
  • Category IV: Physical demands include lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Static pulling capacity: 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
