Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ambercare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide personal care and support to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing light housekeeping and laundry services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry services
  • Prepare and serve meals/snacks
  • Run errands and provide transportation
  • Engage clients in conversation, games, and other forms of entertainment
  • Work facility staffing shifts with our contracted facility partners
  • Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements
  • Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of high school or GED certification
  • Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification must be active and in good standing
  • Valid Driver's License, and current Auto Insurance
  • Must be willing and able to work every other weekend
  • GREAT ATTENDANCE is required
