About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Arcadia HomeCare and Staffing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide light housekeeping and laundry services, as well as shopping for food and other household requirements.
  • Prepare and serve meals/snacks, and run errands as needed.
  • Engage clients in conversation, games, and other forms of entertainment to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Work facility staffing shifts with our contracted facility partners.
  • Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Completion of high school or GED certification.
  • Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Michigan.
  • Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance.
  • Willingness and ability to work every other weekend.
  • GREAT ATTENDANCE is required.
