Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team in Ohio. This role involves assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy in time-tracking systems.
Job Description
The successful candidate will assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll, pulling timecards from TrackTik, verifying rates/hours for accuracy, and entering data in PayCor. Additionally, they will verify the accuracy of deductions in PayCor, allocate taxes for posting, and assist with payroll questions from staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience with processing payroll in PayCor and utilizing time-tracking systems. Experience with Unions, certified payroll, and/or multi-state payroll is an asset. A good attitude and ability to pick up quickly are essential qualities for this position.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The company also provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
