RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
- The Payroll Specialist will assist as a team of 2 to process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll
- The Payroll Specialist will pull timecards from TrackTik, verify rates/hours for accuracy, and enter in PayCor
- Verify accuracy of deductions in PayCor and allocate taxes for posting
- Assist with payroll questions from staff, identify issues, and resolve
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
- Must have experience with processing payroll in PayCor & utilizing time-tracking systems
- Any experience with Unions, certified payroll, and/or multi-state is a big plus
- Good attitude and ability to pick up quickly will be an asset
