At Blue Boiler Cats Master, LLC / Blue Boiler Cats AL, Inc / Blue Boiler Cats FL, Inc / Blue Boiler Cats MS, Inc, an independently owned & operated franchise of the Jimmy John's Franchise, LLC system, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Operations Team Lead to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

The successful candidate will play a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. They must execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and lead by example, demonstrating an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude.

Job Description:

As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience;
  • Managing inventory levels and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety;
  • Leading a team of employees and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities and goals;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, employee performance, and customer feedback;
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve business objectives;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful as an Operations Team Lead, you must have:

  • At least 18 years of age;
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat;
  • The ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively;
  • A willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees;
  • A valid driver's license (if required).
