The Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care at UCSF is seeking an experienced administrative professional to serve as the Site Supervisor for our Pediatric Anesthesia Division. This role will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Pediatric Anesthesia Division, including HR, space and facilities, equipment management, purchasing, communications, and IT.
- Lead a small team of dedicated employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our division.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with department leaders and stakeholders to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of University rules and regulations, processes, protocols, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
