Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Admission Discharge Nurse. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth transition of patients through our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience as a nurse in a hospital setting.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
