We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Cypress Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Assist with ambulation and transfer of residents, utilizing proper assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record vital signs, weights, and measurements, as well as food consumption and intake/output, as assigned.
  • Participate in collecting data for the accurate completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and plan of care.
  • Prepare residents for meals and transport them to the dining room, ensuring accessibility and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of Florida.
  • Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
  • At least one year of Skilled Nursing experience, preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
