Security Officer Recruitment

We are seeking to hire Driving Patrol Officers and Non-Driving Security Officers for Full-Time and Part-Time positions across various shifts.

Compensation: $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and excellent benefits.

We conduct on-the-spot hiring for candidates with active guard cards. For those without an active guard card, we offer assistance with the training process.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Respond effectively to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Perform regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, with varying environments and conditions depending on the client site.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations.
