As a Senior Structural Engineer with a specialization in luxury residential projects, you will work in close collaboration with our team of engineers, construction managers, and steel detailers to produce outstanding designs. We are committed to fostering the management and leadership skills of our engineers through comprehensive training, mentorship, and various growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, construction managers, steel detailers, and renowned architects, to create innovative structural solutions.
  • Apply creative problem-solving abilities and expertise in structural design to navigate challenges and realize unique architectural visions.
  • Engage closely with skilled builders and craftsmen, showcasing a commitment to excellence in every facet of the design and construction process.
  • Represent the organization in client interactions and at industry events.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to support the professional development of junior team members.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
  • ABET accredited degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) in Colorado, or the ability to pursue licensure within six months of hire.
  • 4-8 years of design experience across diverse building types.
  • Proficiency in structural design utilizing various materials, including wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship, both currently and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Revit Structures.
  • Familiarity with RAM and/or RISA analysis models.
