Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Operations Team
    • Coordinate with HR and Talent Sourcing to recruit, screen, and hire staff.
    • Manage associate performance, talent development, compensation, and progressive discipline.
    • Maintain a favorable employee relations environment through open-door policies and fair treatment.
    • Oversee the budget for profit and loss structure within Operations.
  • Optimize Plant Capacity
    • Maximize throughput and minimize cost by adapting to changing business needs.
  • Uphold Factory Core Values
    • Fully support the factory safety program.
    • Promote and support quality improvements.
    • Coach and support associates on the factory floor, spending at least 50% of workdays in this role.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement
    • Manage long and short-term planning to improve plant infrastructure and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or military environment
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • OR
  • High School Diploma
  • 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or military environment
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience

Additional Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing start-up environment

Compensation

The approximate range for this position is $128,000 - $179,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
