Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking Servers who are dedicated to providing warm and authentic hospitality. The service steps will be deliberate and consistent, but delivering these standards with sincerity, kindness, and your personal touch will be key to success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing opening and closing side work tasks relevant to your role
  • Managing and taking ownership of your designated section
  • Possessing a thorough knowledge and understanding of the menus and cocktails
  • Training new team members

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry
  • Bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Flexible availability is essential
  • Ability to work 4 or more shifts per week
  • Willingness to mentor and train new staff
  • Strong work ethic and dedication
  • Capability to work efficiently for 6-8 hours on your feet
  • Genuine interest in the hospitality, food, and beverage industry
  • Barista experience is a plus
