About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Lead Investment Banker to join our Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) team. As a key member of our Industrial Infrastructure and Environmental Services Investment Banking Team, you will be responsible for independently working with clients and handling complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, structure, and execute Corporate and Investment Banking products and services for existing clients and prospects.
  • Formulate financial strategy and policy with clients at the executive management level, manage client relationships, and execute mandated assignments in public and private equity, M&A, loan and high yield and convertible securities transactions.
  • Assist in delivering the full range of products and services to clients through formulating financial strategy and policy with clients at the executive management level, managing client relationships, and executing mandated assignments.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrials Services Experience Desired.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong track record of originating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Ability to lead junior staff.
  • Highly developed writing skills.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business development: business vision, strategies, and goals.
