About the RoleThe Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our patient care team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of medical conditions. As a Med-Surg Nurse Night Shift, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients on our telemetry unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas
- 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
