Job Summary

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength in patients suffering from disease or injury. This role requires a high level of customer service focus, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and progress treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in professional development and continuing education activities
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure and certification in Physical Therapy
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
