About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace CNC Programmer to join our team at Entegee, a leading provider of custom automation projects.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer to work on aerospace parts and develop their skills in Catia, Tooling/Fixtures, and GD&T.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain tooling/fixture definitions for manufacturing operations.
  • Create and maintain CAM programs and operator instructions for numerical controlled equipment.
  • Design and develop Loft MCAD models, flat patterns, and associated digital tooling programs.
  • Maintain records and schedules of assigned work.
  • Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with cost control standards, schedule, and quality requirements.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Catia.
  • Skilled in Tooling/Fixtures.
  • Knowledge of GD&T for aerospace parts.
  • Two years college or three years of experience in the aircraft industry.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design, Manufacturing and Planning processes.
  • Experience with both MCAD and manual legacy designs.
