Job Summary

Consejo Counseling and Referral Service is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Case Manager, you will work in partnership with clients and the Behavior Health team to provide responsive, culturally sensitive, and comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload and provide direct client service hours per day.
  • Provide advocacy, outreach, information, and referral services to clients in need of case management services.
  • Coordinate services with Behavior Health staff and other service providers to ensure optimal client care.
  • Assess crises and provide crisis interventions when necessary.
  • Establish liaisons to access community services and provide education, outreach, and information in the community as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or AA with 2 or more years of experience.
  • Obtain the proper credentialing through the state of Washington as Agency Affiliated.
  • Experience in major specialization in social, behavioral, or human services or human-related fields or with related volunteer experience comparable to two years of full-time work in social, behavioral, or human services or related fields.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance.
Work Schedule

This full-time in-person therapy position works a typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary Range

$27.88/hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and credentials.
