Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manufacturing/Lean/CI Engineer to join our team at TJM Industries Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Manufacturing efforts in our plants, driving process excellence and efficiency.
  • Conduct and lead kaizen events, ensuring successful implementation of process improvements and standard work.
  • Develop and implement effective Daily Lean Management Systems, empowering front-line leaders to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with line leaders to identify and eliminate waste, and develop improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Work with plant managers to identify and implement capital improvement projects, including automation, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
Requirements
  • 4-year Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6-8 years of progressive Operations/Lean/Engineering experience, with a strong track record of process improvement and leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading kaizen events, implementing standard work, and developing Daily Lean Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Compensation

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 DOE.
