Job Description

Brandlive is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Portland. As a PM, you will be responsible for executing high-quality meetings, shows, and events through planning and developing strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of single and multi-day shows from conception to completion.
  • Act as the liaison to all stakeholders, working cross-functionally to maintain deadlines across internal and external teams.
  • Oversee the execution of site creation and production by implementing client assets and assets built by our internal design team.
  • Develop healthy customer relationships by building trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with all departments to continuously improve our product suite.
  • Meet quarterly goals at an individual contributor level as well as CS and company-wide goals.
  • Complete all project tasks relative to contracted support packages.
  • Report bugs or inconsistencies in Jira, as needed to continuously improve our product suite.
Requirements
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage all areas of a project concurrently.
  • Scheduling and Time Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A strong communicator, with the ability to communicate production elements with all external partners, clients, colleagues, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Risk Management skills, with the ability to problem-solve on live events and deal with challenging logistical situations.
  • A self-starter, with a naturally driven and motivated individual.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be okay with a flexible schedule, including some evenings, holidays, and weekends.
