We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program.
2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in applicable state (TX).
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS for Healthcare Providers certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
