  • Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and direct setup adjustments of machines, ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Study production schedules, schedule overtime, and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks are performed.

  • Communicate and administer company policies, providing feedback to HR where necessary.

  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze and resolve work problems, suggesting improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.

  • Conduct performance appraisals for team members, handle disciplinary issues, and coordinate training and development.

  • Estimate and inspect materials, coordinate expedited delivery schedules with customer service as required.

  • Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate departmental activities, sharing key information with the team.
