About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to drive growth in our sales operations, focusing on espresso machines and coffee equipment.

This role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your expertise in coffee equipment will be instrumental in guiding clients through their purchasing decisions, ensuring they receive the best equipment for their requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to expand our sales distribution network.
  • Provide product expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the right espresso machines and equipment for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies for increasing sales revenue and market share.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with partners to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Pro Coffee Gear and network with potential partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of three years in a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated achievements in past sales positions, such as meeting or exceeding sales targets, successfully launching new products, or expanding client bases.
  • Experience in the coffee equipment industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Experienced in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment is a bonus.
