Job Summary

Introba is seeking a Senior Associate- Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic project team in Indianapolis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering efforts, including equipment selection, system design, and field visits.

Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical engineering efforts, including equipment selection, system design, and field visits
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, prepare proposals, and determine fees
  • Lead project teams and oversee quality control
  • Design, engineer, and manage projects involving electrical systems for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades
  • Interface with clients, attend meetings, and present to clients
  • Manage an engineering team, including mentorship and supervision of employees
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and active PE license
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Government and/or Healthcare facility design and construction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude, mature presentation to clients, and willingness to think outside the box
  • Personality that gets along well with others and communicates effectively with clients
  • Solid understanding of facility construction and experience dealing with Owners, architects, other engineers, contractors, and utility company representatives
  • Strong working knowledge of the NEC and other industry codes and standards
