Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and testing of electronic boards, including power circuits and protection, multiple I/O channels, microcontrollers, memory, RF modules, antennas, and shielding.
  • Manufacturing support, including testing along the production line and developing tests to support the successful manufacturing of devices.
  • Working with the Mechanical and Embedded Firmware teams on the design of complete products, supporting changes associated with performance, function, and form factor.
  • Creating and maintaining associated design documentation.
  • Supporting regulatory work associated with the testing and release of devices, including CE work, EMC testing, and carrier certifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Five or more years of industry experience.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing products.
  • Electronic design knowledge and experience using a CAD/EDA package.
  • Ability to work across teams with other engineers and programmers.
  • Effective communication skills and technical writing skills.
